After a nice dinner I along with all my family members sat down to watch the movie “Star Trek”.
I was amazed about outer space, dark sky and the beautiful shooting stars and the huge meteors which approached us with such a great speed like a rhino charging us. After the movie I went to sleep with butterflies in my stomach. That night I dreamt travelling to space sitting on the rocket which my father bought for Diwali. I lit the rocket and it shot into space like a bullet with my little doggy clutching me like a little monkey clutching its mother. We finally landed on a planet and first came across a small creature like thing which was as cute as a baby but it had no features like me. My doggy just kept staring at the creature with confusion. The small creature approached us slowly and tried to speak to us and it was all Greek or Latin for me.
It had small eyes but no eye lids, its ears were part of the head unlike mine. It smiled at us and it had only one row of teeth like a strip. I got friendly with the small creature and doggy also wagged its tail but kept a distance from the creature. I called the creature “creepy” and it took me to all the places of the planet. I saw huge tree like things but they had big trunks with no leaves. The tree was full of fruits which “creepy” plucked for me and gave me. Doggy did not approve of my eating the fruit and was whining asking me not to eat it.
I tasted the fruit which had a different taste and it was in silver color. Creepy took me to his school where I saw his friends and teachers all like him short and they all carried no books but some type of machine like our laptop. Creepy told me all the lessons are stored in the machine and they read and write in the machine and take it home. How lovely no books to school! Just then a small creature like thing ran on the ground and passed doggy. Doggy got scared and jumped all over. The creature started to run after doggy and it was all fun to look.
Creepy and I was playing, when we were playing we fell down. I woke up, and i was lying on the floor and after that i knew it was a dream.
I see that you've become an avid blogger! More than that, it's wonderful that you're using the language with greater ease! Way to go, Tony! Remember, "Practice makes Perfect!". So, enjoy your holidays, and keep up the excellent work! :-)And read the book, I lent you!
